I know this sounds like a ridiculous, over-the-top statement, but it is quite literally true. I have suffered from migraines for years, usually getting one roughly every month to every two months. They can vary in severity but at their worst each time I get one I lose three days of my life. it's a whole body experience, with my digestive system emptying out from both ends, I then go into a zombie like state where I can't think straight and sometimes struggle to even stand up properly. Sometimes I continue to be sick every 45 mins./1 hour, and can't stay awake. Sometimes whenever I stand to try and do something it makes me sick. A bad one is a truly horrendous experience. I've tried many things to lessen or stop them, such as have my eye health checked, tried medications from the doctors (which made them significantly worse), started taking a magnesium supplement (Mag. L-Threonate as it's the only one to cross the blood/brain barrier) and drink loads of water whenever I feel a bit like one might be coming on. None of this has worked consistently or to any noticeable degree, so I was very interested to read Chris's mail about the research done on Q10 and its impact on migraine sufferers. I wasn't sure, I already took quite a few supplements for joints and general health, but I thought 'What if.......?' It was worth a go. This is my second order of Q10, so I started just after Christmas, and I haven't had a migraine since I started taking them. I feel more and more confident about handling stressful situations, usually a trigger, my head feels less fuzzy, and any slight migrainey headaches are easily dealt with using Ibuprofen and very occasionally Sumatriptan, which suppresses the re-uptake of Serotonin therefore keeping Cortisiol under control. So, I repeat my statement that this has changed my life, as it truly has. It might not be for everyone, but the results for me were immediate. If you suffer from migraines at any level I 100% recommend trying this out. It might change your life too! Thank you Chris!!
