I've been taking Magnesium for over two years, it helps with so much, I wouldn't take any other supplements

I purchased magnesium and vit d3 w/ K2 and I'm very happy with these, first of all the fact that these are free from other rubbish like fillers and unnecessary unhealthy ingredients, keeps my heart happy knowing that what I put into my body is clean! ... then it is from a good, trustworthy source, so nothing chemical because synthetic vitamins will just load the liver and then we would eliminate through urine...

The British Supplements Magnesium Supplement is the only one that stops the cramps during cycling. Ive tried everything including raw magnesium bisglycinate powder and nothing else works. Excellent clean supps, not the cheapest but certainly the best Ive used. Their D3 and K2 blend is also excellent.

Always have my omega-3 from BS , I know Chris uses the best quality and it’s not all filled with stuff that you don’t want , and that goes for all the other supplements they produce, so you’re just getting what you pay for well good stuff.

The supplements are top quality with no additives or fillers as in cheaper products.
I have noticeable improvement to the pain from osteo arthritis in my hands since using their Circumin supplements.
