So, have been using British supplements for almost a year and have yet to submit a review. Was waiting to see if there was actually any benefit from there supplements. I have noticed a massive improvement in my overall health and energy levels since starting on the supplements. I have been less unwell during this time as well so that’s been a bonus.
Before choosing British supplements I looked around at other suppliers that offered cheaper supplements, but when looking at the purity of what British supplements provides the cost actually is not really much different. Also there is no junk added to bulk up the supplement you are after.
I will continue to use British supplements for my needs as they actually work.

I started taking slippery elm as I was taking omeprazole on prescription but wanted to find a herbal alternative. It works amazingly well, haven’t been on omeprazole for over a year now and swear by slippery elm!

I love british supplements, clean and natural

Im taking BS Vit d+K2 5,700 IU because I don’t get enough time outside so this supplement is helping my physical and mental health. I have been taking this supplement for 2 years plus, I believe it is working

I'm about half way through a daily tab of Lungwort and don't want to temp fate with saying that it's working - but it's working. Placebo - who knows? Other things didn't work, so doubt it and I'm of sound-ish mind!

I'm a woman in my late 60s, who had covid in October 2021, followed by an even worse chest infection. Diagnosed with Long Covid, I couldn't shake a cough and something llike water choking me in a pocket behind my nose. In March I got a nasty cold which made it all flare up again - that drowning feeling and voice loss.

I can report that the cough is still there, but the 'drowning' is almost gone, as has the hoase voice. I'm still not able to sing as I did, and a scope has shown my vocal chords damaged, but at least I have a speaking voice again after two weeks on this one daily herby tab. I'll report back after a month.

I’ve been taking berberine for almost a year now and I attribute it with my slow, but consistent weight loss. I’ve lost a stone in a year, which to some, may not be much, but I’m happy with it. I haven’t been very strict and have done little to no exercise in this time. Would recommend it.
