Really does help keep the brain sharp

Having stomach issues I thought this might help n it's done more than that. Packaging is clean and nice. Tablets are great, small and easy to swallow. I have been taking B12 for years, I have noticed a massive difference with having more energy, better mood and increased focus. I would recommend anyone taking them, but especially those that are vegetarian which I am, it helps keep your levels in check. Even better when they’re from a reputable company like this too.
I have used magnesium supplements from Clean British Supplements for a while now and I have to say, they help immensely with sleeping in that, I am not getting up 2-3 times per night. Also, their delivery is the best, super quick.
