Having stomach issues I thought this might help n it's done more than that. Having sjogren's Having to cope with dry mouth n most days sore throat, after only a few days I noticed that my throat wasn't sore like it was, n being dry in an intimate area has improved so much, I wasn't expecting that and my skin not so dry n itchy I'm happy to recommend anyone with any kind of dryness in their body to give it ago, for me it works, i wouldn't buy my vitamins anywhere else, worth every penny

Packaging is clean and nice. Tablets are great, small and easy to swallow. I have been taking B12 for years, I have noticed a massive difference with having more energy, better mood and increased focus. I would recommend anyone taking them, but especially those that are vegetarian which I am, it helps keep your levels in check. Even better when they’re from a reputable company like this too.
