Have been taking Marine Collagen for a few months now as read can help with joint pain. Have had problems with my knees for years and have had a couple of ops for tidy up the cartridge etc. Over the last couple of years I was finding that the pain would return when walking the dog or standing in one place without much movement so thought I would give this a go.
Am so please I did. I no longer get any pain in my knees and have the added bonus of improved nails and hair! Win win as far as I am concerned.

I have been keeping an eye on my blood pressure which was raised. I wanted to get to the root of the issue before starting medication. Following lots of research I found this information: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8108907/ (It is recommended that 1000 mg of magnesium be combined with 4.7 g of potassium and <1.5 g of sodium per day through both diet and supplements to maximize BP reduction. 27 Combining magnesium with taurine has additive antihypertensive effects and lowers intracellular sodium and calcium. It is recommended that about 1000 mg to 2000 mg of taurine be added to this regimen). I found the magnesium through BS as this was the only company with the correct magnesium strength. I also added in garlic and vitamin d. The result was actually like magic - I noticed my bp reducing within a few weeks - I had to keep checking the figures! I am sharing this in case it helps someone else in their journey.

I should add that I have now reduced the intensity of this combination and repeat it if I see my bp starting to raise as I know it does the trick.

I got some triple Magnesium and lions mane for my dad who is 89 and has had trouble with restless legs and sleeping.
