Very prompt delivery of excellent products
After being prescribed Lanzoprole in hospital (after asking for something like Gaviscon for heartburn), it wrecked my digestive system! I weaned myself off it but was in agony. Acid reflux was particularly bad. I was skeptical about the claims of Slippery Elm but after ordering some and taking one in the morning and one in the evening for two weeks, I noticed a reduction in heartburn and reflux! I am now just taking one first thing in the morning and am no longer suffering. I take an extra one if I’ve eaten any spicy stuff while eating out. Such relief.

The significant drop in my blood glucose over the last year I feel can be directly attributed to berberine and fenugreek. The diabetic nurse was surprised at my response to the question about how I’d lowered my glucose levels. I said sticking to a diet plan, taking Metformin and the supplements berberine and fenugreek. Her response to the supplements was somewhat disparaging. Who cares, I’m technically no longer suffering from type two diabetes.

I started taking the clean milk thistle about a week ago and can honestly say that I feeling a bit better. Beforehand u would sit in my chair and couldn't be bothered to get up and do anything but now if something crosses my mind that needs doing I am up and at it.

I was initially recommended Boswellia for inflammation in my dog. Upon reading the reviews and benefits I ordered for my husband, who due to severe knee problems (aka cinema knee) was about to give up football. He is now in his second month and for the man who is completely sceptical about natural supplements, he is completely blown away by the difference in his mobility. I have tried so many different methods of dealing with RLS over the last 40 years. Suddenly, it appears that it has completely stopped.
All it took was clean Mucuna from British Supplements. You cannot believe how happy this has made my life being able to sleep through a night without the relentless need to move. I'm taking one in the morning with food and one after supper. I have not had any side effects other than no RLS.

After much research I started on these olive supplements a year ago. Never had a cold sore in that time - I used to get blisters on my fingers . So I started to think I don’t need these supplements anymore I’m just wasting my money. Within a week of stopping. I had a blister on my hand. Cold like symptoms. Reordered 6 months of supplements… I’m never going to stop taking these . I hope my review helps someone as before I found these I was desperate. I had multiple visits to my gp. A dermatologist. Rounds and rounds of Aciclovir . Nothing stopped these reoccurring blisters . But someone else wrote a review on the BS page and mentioned how they worked for them and the treatment of the HSV virus. So now it’s my turn .. I can’t be without these . They work where nothing else did . Thank you BS . And thank you to the other person who took the time to review , as without them I wouldn’t have believed this would really work .
