This can't be a coincidence but I've been taking magnesium and B12 to improve energy and sleep . My energy levels are up but what I have noticed is all water retention has disappeared and my clothes are loose on. I'm not sure which of the two supplements has caused this effect but as a woman in my 50's it's marvellous to feel so good after only 8 days.Please do a promo so I can order 6 months worth.
Having taken these zinc supplements for several months now, I can honestly say that they have helped manage my hypothyroidism, alongside vitamin D and B-complex. I read a recent review for tongkat ali. The lady was post menopausal and had some low mood and confidence issues and said this, one per day, banished both of these issues. So I bought some and its done the same for me, another post menopausal lady. I feel like I've got my mojo back, I feel like my old self again - calm and my confidence has returned. I will be continuing with these.
I take ADHD stimulants and was struggling with oral stimming in the afternoon / evening (pushing my tongue on my teeth, having a generally restless mouth despite high water intake and artificial saliva). I now take magnesium glycinate about four hours after my meds and it has calmed this symptom considerably. It also helps ease the general crash sensation as the meds wear off. Highly recommend if you’re having similar struggles.

I take Ashwagandha with Lions Mane and just added Cordyceps. Also take Vit D and Mega Magnesium from BS. Wouldn’t go without any of these now as my overall wellbeing and mental/physical health has never been better. I tapered off antidepressant medication slowly and replaced with Ash & Lions Mane and have never looked back.
