I have taken BS for two years, and have added onto my original stack, my latest being Berberine
I needed to cut my sugar intake and chocolate cravings so I have been taken this supplement for three months, it’s definitely helped and I now have the very odd chocolate but just one ! Normally a whole bar would be eaten.
These supplements are the BEST and work, you need to give them 2/3 months, consistency is key, also started with Chrondroitin to ease my bad knee pain, it’s feeling so much better and it helps builds cartilage, awesome
