This vitamin C supplement has been very effective for me. (I’ve tried many brands mostly with ascorbic acid as the main source of vitamin C.) This one however has worked very well because it has cleared up my hay fever symptoms which for me is a sign of the quality of this product.

I have always been very happy with all products but would really prefer packaging to be bobble pop out rather than the regular relatively large self seal bags.
After being prescribed two different pharmaceutical medications to help with insulin resistance and hopefully support my weight loss, neither really worked for me. So I started reading about berberine, which is often discussed as a natural supplement that may offer similar benefits for some people.
I'm not sure about anyone else, but I'm getting a bit tired of adding more and more tablets to my ever-ageing body—I'm rattling enough already! So I decided to swap the prescription medication for berberine.
So far, it seems to be helping me in a similar way to the prescribed medication, but with fewer downsides for me personally. Of course, everyone's experience is different, but I've been really pleased with the results.
I also became more aware of potential issues associated with long-term use of some medications, such as metformin potentially affecting vitamin B12 absorption, which made me think more carefully about my options.
Going forward, I'll always try the natural approach first where it's appropriate and safe, before moving on to medication if needed. For me, berberine has been a positive change, and I'm happy I gave it a try.

Began to take berberine a few months ago to help curb my sugar cravings. Feeling the effects now and not reaching for biscuits and chocolate.
Must admit I have not taken Berberine lately as my husband just had an op .
So really can’t give true review for it .I have given reviews for other supplements I have taken. All of them excellent vit dk ,collagen,Lions mane .

I have been using this product along with the Clean Biotin for months and my hair and skin are benefitting enormously. Being of advanced years, I went through a period where my hair got very fine and thin. Since taking both the collagen and biotin the thickness and texture of my hair has vastly improved, and people have commented on how much better it looks. My skin is clearer and I can feel that there is a firmer feel along my jaw line and cheeks.

I’m taking plant sterols from British Supplements for quite a while. My bad cholesterol was alarmingly high which made me worried. After the first blood test I did not see any improvement but I had recently a new blood test and to my surprise the cholesterol level was normal!.I’m really pleased with the results and the high quality of this company’s products.
