I'm very happy with the supplements I receive from British Supplements. It's very difficult to know exactly what works and doesn't work. It's a minefield! But I believe the supplements are of the best quality, and I think taking a double dose of their Omega 3 has calmed the arthritis I've had in my right knee for 15 years. I honestly can't attribute the improvement to anything else.

After having a blood test and finding out I was severely deficient in folate I was prescribed folic acid tablets by my GP. Obviously I weren’t going to take these knowing they’re full of rubbish. If you’re using creatine for performance and muscle gain, the intake should be around 5mg. In some cases if you’re of a large body and mass, more is sometimes needed. I think British supplements are outstanding and I use many other packs. I just wished they did another creatine pack for athletic performance where 5mg daily is covered in the month.
