Been taking Vit D + k2 for a few years now. Both 5,000 and 10,000 at various times. Daily. Along with Magnesium. Understand they work together. Being 75 I need all the help I can get. They work. An NHS dietician was shocked when I told them how much I take. Told me emphatically that I should take only 400 IUs a day. Can you believe it. That dose might just stop Ricketts if I'm lucky.
